Parking: Please continue to park and meet in the parking lot outside of the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center area. Metro Parks has given permission for us to meet there, but has also asked that we keep the roadways & spots inside the Nature Center lot clear.
The Run:
Warm-Up: 1 mile run, 3 minute walk
Time Trial: 5k for half marathoners; 10k for full marathoners
Cool down: 1 mile
Effort: Warm up and cool down very easily. The 5/10k time trial should be your short distance race pace. Push as much as you can -- Be sure to bring a stopwatch! You will be timing your own run.
