2024 Half Marathon and Marathon Training

16 Week Training Program
Starts on Saturday, January 13th at 8:00am

The St. Jude Rock’n’Roll Nashville Marathon and Half Marathon has become not only a tradition but also a Nashville institution. Every April, East Nasty turns out in force to train and run this race together. In fact, training for the half marathon was how East Nasty began over 15 years ago! The training program is FREE and open to anyone.

Join this 16-week training program, and show up on Saturday, January 13th at 8:00 in the parking lot under the train tracks before entering Shelby Park Nature Center for the first Saturday run. Once you register, run locations and the weekly training specifics will come to you by email, Facebook, Instagram, and through your coaches.

Use the button below to register for either the Half Marathon or Marathon training series.

And don’t forget to register for THE RACE!
