Pre Classic I hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend.  Erin and I were in Eugene, Oregon to see the Prefontaine Classic.  It was a great track meet, with some amazing performances; starting with the mile.  There were two one-mile races, and the winner of the SLOW heat ran 3:53!  In total, 20 guys broke 4 minutes for the mile.  Check out the results here.  (notice: last place in the 5000 was 13:31...yikes)
