Parking: Please continue to park and meet in the parking lot outside of the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center area. Metro Parks has given permission for us to meet there, but has also asked that we keep the roadways & spots inside the Nature Center lot clear.
Half Marathon Run:
Warm-Up: 1 mile run, 3 minute walk
Time Trial: 10K at Goal Pace
Cool down: 1 mile
Effort: Warm up and cool down very easily. The 10k time trial should be your half marathon race pace.
Marathon Run: 12 Miles Easy (standard); 14 Miles Easy (advanced)
