2025 Half & Full Marathon Training - Fun Run Kick-off!

16 Week training program, January 11 through April 26

Each January-April, we conduct a FREE Half & Full Marathon Training Program. The sixteen-week program is designed to prepare anyone to run the Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville race on April 26th.

To join our training, please register so you receive all of the important details for our training program. You do not have to attend every training run to participate. We will provide the training plan ahead of time so that if you miss a training run, you can make it up on your own (and missing a run here and there won’t end your training).

We will also provide Tuesday night speed training sessions, pacers for each run and knowledgeable coaches, Wednesday night runs with East Nasty (of course), PLUS a weekly newsletter with training notes, special events, and even a few giveaways!

Fun Run: Saturday, JanuarY 4

We will meet at our usual Wednesday night run spot (the grassy knoll at 12th & Holly) for a casual, fun group run to kick off training!
