No Speed Training if you Raced! Get in a recovery run instead.

If you didn’t race, the workout:

  • Easy warmup to Nissan Stadium

  • 25 minute Tempo (20 to 40 seconds slower than your Interval pace)

  • Easy cool-down back to the Yellow House
