East Nasty is partnering with the ‘PR Bandits’ again in 2017 who are hosting supported long runs on Saturday mornings. Starting this Saturday, July 22nd at 6am, from Bicentennial Mall on 7th Ave North (about a block down from Jefferson St. - use 701 Jefferson St for GPS), this run makes its way around Sounds ball park, up through Germantown, across MetroCenter, and then on the greenway directly into downtown. We finish the run with a few well deserved hills for an 8 mile route but there are a few shortcut/longer options if your heart so desires.

Starting this Saturday, July 8th, we'll meet at 6:00am (this is earlier than past weeks) at Percy Warner Golf Course Clubhouse and enjoy a fun run along Tyne Blvd and into Radnor Lake. Reminder - turn left at the Cheekwood entrance for the clubhouse. Turning at the Radnor welcome center (where they have bathrooms!) will get you about 10 miles, but you can go further and enjoying the path along the lake or turn earlier for a distance of your choosing being an out and back.

This Saturday, July 1st, we will meet at the McCabe Golf Course at 6:30am and start out on the Richland Creek Greenway. Circling half way, we'll head out towards White Bridge Rd and go in to the Hillwood neighborhood. After a 'parade of homes', we'll head back to the greenway and finish out the loop.

East Nasty is partnering with the ‘PR Bandits’ again in 2017 who are hosting supported long runs on Saturday mornings. Every once and a while you need to head to Donelson and grab some Shipley's Do-Nuts, just make sure you run to earn it first!

We meet at the trailhead off the Kohl's parking lot near Lebanon Pike and Jackson Downs Blvd, an easy start point for the Stones River Greenway. This is a multi-directional out and back, so we get to see people coming and going multiple times and they've even added bathrooms and a dog park at the dam (mile 3). For the most part this is a flat run, so make sure to enjoy!

Starting at 6:30am from the McCabe Golf Course parking lot off of the Sylvan Park roundabout, we'll head through the beautiful Richland neighborhood out to Centennial Park and back. This is an easy 6mi route, 8.5mi if you want to loop the golf course, and easy to add on even more if you so desire.
