No Pint Night

There is no pint night at NRC this week.   It looks like we are just going to have to visit some of our local pubs & restaurants!   If you have never stuck around after a Wednesday night run, you should start!   Bring a change of clothes (or not) and then join your fellow East Nasties for a mid-week night out.
