Hello there east nasties. Man the weather has been awesome lately. We were certainly due as I thought the winter was a pretty rough one for runners. It does look like there is a chance for some rain tomorrow evening but we are not going to let that bother us. Especially since tomorrow we are running the beloved, legendary, infamous .... route #12 "THE NASTY". That's right it is back. Right at about 6 miles of fun and hills are coming your way so try your best to be there. Also please take a look at the route. As always there will be a need for pace group leaders tomorrow and you need to be familiar with where the route takes us. There will also be a shorter distance tomorrow for those who are not feeling like 6 miles. That route is called "nasty light" and it is around 3 miles long. Just remember though - all those who complete the NASTY get their very own east nasty sticker.

The nike dri fit east nasty shirts will be on sale tomorrow to anyone who wants one after the run is over. If you ordered a shirt and have not picked it up then tomorrow before the run will be your last chance to get yours before they go on sale to those who did not order one. The lulu lemon tanks are still available to be picked up by those who ordered them and should have already paid for. We always want to give those who ordered the shirts enough time to claim their shirt but after a few weeks we have to pay both the companies that ordered the shirts for us and the company that screen prints them. So because of that we will be selling the remaining shirts tomorrow to anyone who wants one ....... after the run.

Thought / Event of the week - HOOD TO COAST DOCUMENTARY FILM

Next Monday - March 28th - Fleet Feet Sports is hosting a one night viewing of this inspiring movie about the biggest relay race in the United States. There are still plenty of tickets available for both shows that night. It is a great movie about everyday runners just like us.
