One last Wednesday night left in 2016. This week we will run Route #3: Musica. This is an out and back route, so you can choose your milage. It’s about 4 miles if you turn around right after crossing the pedestrian bridge. It’s about 5 miles if you turn around at Cummins Station. And it’s about 6.3 if you do the whole thing. We meet at the corner of 11th & Holly at 6pm. Meet at 5:45pm and join the Lasty Nasties if you are a run/walker and want to get a head start. Please be sure to wear something that creates or reflects light!

2017 Half and Full Marathon Training
SIGN UP for our FREE 2017 Half and Full marathon Training Programs. The training begins on Saturday January 7, 2017 and runs are FREE and open to anyone. The only requirement is that you are able to run 5 miles without stopping on the first day of training (8 miles for the full marathon training). Our 16 week training program consists of: long runs on Saturday mornings led by volunteer pace group leaders, East Nasty Wednesday night runs, and Tuesday evening workouts. Get more details here.
