2017 Half/Full Marathon Training
Registration is now live for our 2017 Half and Full marathon Training Programs. The training begins on Saturday January 7, 2017 and runs are FREE and open to anyone. The only requirement is that you are able to run 5 miles without stopping on the first day of training (8 miles for the full marathon training). Our 16 week training program consists of: long runs on Saturday mornings led by volunteer pace group leaders, East Nasty Wednesday night runs, and Tuesday evening workouts.
