We have 12 weeks of Thursday night workouts starting in February and ending the week before the Country Music Full/Half Marathon. We also have Saturday morning long runs during that time period as well. Hope you can join us on one of those days!
Where are we meeting for the Saturday morning run? I thought I heard last week that we were meeting somewhere different because of the Tom King Marathon.
We are meeting in East Park by the Community Center. 8 a.m.
