Rain or Shine…
Workouts are beginning tonight! We meet at 6 p.m. at the corner of 11th and Holly. (Same place as Wednesday nights.) Tonight we will be running hill repeats on the pedestrian bridge. Not only is this a great workout, but it is a very unique way to experience the city at night! The total amount of running for this workouts will be between 5 and 7 miles.
