A small group of us meets Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6 a.m. in the parking area across the street from Bongo Java. We leave right at 6, so arriving on time is key! Our typical run is about 4.3-4.5 miles down Woodland, across the river, up to Shelby and then back on 11th. Everyone is welcome regardless of pace.
