East Nasty is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization born out of a grass roots group of runners. A lot of us live in East Nashville, and the rest of us wish we lived in East Nashville. We love our neighborhood, and we exist to make East Nashville a great place to live and run, and to make running accessible to everyone in our community.
Our main organized runs are held every Wednesday evening – year round, rain or shine, hot or cold: Wednesday Night Runs
Our free Half Marathon Training Program has organized runs on Sunday mornings and Thursday nights from January through April.
Potato-to-Tomato5K is our free Couch-to-5k training program that we offer each Summer.
Check the main page of this site for training schedule updates and our East Nasty of the Week spotlight.
Most importantly, we love our neighborhood and strive to be involved in making it a great place to live and run. East Nasty and our runners support the KIPP Academy track team, East C.A.N., local races, Girls On The Run, and of course our local businesses. Come join us to not just build fitness, but to build community as well!
